| Hey all, we have an opportunity to put up a nursery or a wean to finish barn. We are curious to see what hog space rates are doing? We've heard $44 on a wean to finish, and $35 on a nursery. Nursery doesn't require a permit where we live, a 4800 wean to finish will. No issues with getting rid of the fertilizer, we farm 1000 acres right where it'd be built. Not really looking for negativity, we're in our late 20s and want to stay on the farm. Does anyone have a cash flow template for this? Or any other POSITIVE advice? Thanks a ton! | |
