West Central Wisconsin | The larger the feed mill grows, the more I can see the need and benefit of storing my own crops as well as buying corn direct from other producers. How does one go about starting the planning process? It's not a right now project but we are going to need to upgrade the electrical service soon and I'd like to factor this in. The closest 3 phase is 2.5 miles away. We do have some land on a main highway with 3 phase and natural gas. But I would prefer to keep everything together. How difficult is it to run a grain facility on single phase? | |
