Not sure exactly what you are asking.

Maybe a third of a cup of ice cream. A fourth of a cup of whipped cream. Then maybe a tablespoon of the chopped chocolate bar.

Not a huge desert. Just enough to make a nice finish to a meal. She treats me to a desert almost every night.

We never bring a big bowl of desert out and scoop out of it all we want. Wife always makes individual servings of appropriate size so we don't get tempted to over indulge. The deserts are low carb but not no carb. So they could be overdone in unlimited quantities. The ice cream machine made enough to make 8 servings and so we have 6 more in the freezer for other nights. The whipped cream she makes up fresh at serving time with a whipped cream maker (cool little gadget that uses a CO2 cartridge and stays in the fridge till needed).
