Bumps on the mouth are sore mouth. Will go away, maybe not in time for shows, depending. Depending on when the open sores go away, might impact your ability to actually show.
Not much treatment, some anecdotal comments about different home brew treatments, but nothing I’ve seen actually work. Just has to run its course.
Sore mouth is painful and is something that humans can get, so don’t touch those areas bare handed.
