West Central IA | Yep, money giveaway to give salebarns and others new free computers to log and readers to read the tags. Not enough to fund the tags for producers after initial tags. Then we will be on the hook for another 8-10$ per head to buy "our own" tags. It is just more government BS to try and control the cattleman and get rid of the small guys. Just like all the other programs have been in the past. Much easier to be dumb, do what you are supposed to do and keep as low key as possible. The way the government works for the packers by not enforcing the packer stockyard act as it was written should tell you guys something. The more hoops they make you jump through the less guys want to jump. I don't want to run with the big dogs, I just want to lay on the porch anymore. | |
