Yes because of the threat of tarifs. I'm sure you have heard buy the rumor sell the fact. The market didn't have to wait for the signing date. The drop from 10.50 to 8.30 was all trump tarifs. You can see it plain as day on your chart up.
They are still in place and that's why soybeans have an export problem.
