Wife says yes.

In fact she does it purposely sometimes to get something done in advance if she knows she is going to be time limited later when the food needs to be served. 

Make sure it is toatlly thawed then pan sear or a very hot short grill to warm and put the grill marks on, when ready to serve. Make sure it gets warm inside. According to her. Me, I'm more on the consumption side.
