Get a Char-Griller flat top instead. Blackstone is over-priced and you're just buying the name.

Lots of fun to cook with. Stir-fry, philly beef sandwiches, burgers, all the breakfast stuff. There's a billion ideas out there for what to cook.

Keeps all the smoke and grease splatter outside.

Easy clean-up. I warm it back it up after the meal, scrape all the crap into the grease trap, maybe wipe it down quick with some oil and paper towel.

Seasoning the cooking surface is important. That will get better with use.

Edit: Like the others said, they don't replace a normal grill. Get a Weber for that.
