East Central, NE | Just got a Blackstone grill recently and really love it for stir fry, bacon/eggs/sausage/pancakes, philly cheesesteaks. For burgers and brats it does ok but I'd probably prefer my pellet grill better. For steaks, I'd rather have a charcoal/gas grill to get that nice sear but have done them on the Blackstone and they actually turned out better than I thought they would. | |
