| I was boarderline on needing to go on prescription cholestoral drugs, my doctor suggested I take fish oil and niacin everyday. I take 500 mg of each in morning and anouther 500 night. after a few months my cholesterol came down to acceptable levels and stayed there. Later talking to different doctors and nurses they said that is a fairly normal thing to do for cholesterol.
Warning, go easy on the fish oil starting out, it can mess with your stomach. start out at 500 mg/ day for a few days before increasing it.
I also had boarderline high blood pressure. after doing some research I started taking Magnesium, and after a couple months its come down and stayed down | |
