Highland Center, in Southeast Iowa

jeff gordon - 5/15/2024 15:49 My free subscription is up on my new vehicle. $45/month cdn seems steep for something you hope you don't use.

DH and I have had this convo often since we first got an Onstar capable vehicle in 2005. I said that as long as I was hauling little kids and old people (my mom), that I'd keep Onstar active just as insurance/security. Conversely, he searched the entire midwest to find a pickup that was Onstar-incapable, as he thought it was a total waste of money for a functional adult male. Well, half my "little kids" are legal adults now, the other 2 are probably more cognizant than I am some days, and my mom has passed, so we probably need to revisit the conversation one more time. Yes, have used it a few times for lock-outs and a flat tire on the road, but has been a long time ago.
