Ludington/Manistee MI area | Since you have 4 young kids a Lab is your best bet. Our lab puts up with more rough housing from our kids than you can imagine. My daughter likes to use him as a pillow When he gets disgusted he hides the laundry room. He barks and puts on a show as a guard dog but unless you messed with the kids I doubt he’d bite. When my daughter was a baby my wife sat her on the floor in car seat when my wife came back Diesel was using his muzzle to rock the car seat. As she grew he would walk past her and give her a big lick on the cheek.
