Kooiker, this is my whole point!!!! I don’t hate it and want to be negative but facts are facts. It will NOT ROI at today’s numbers. It barely does at my time of entry 10 years ago. To the guys that like it that got in in the 90s, yeah, you prove my comment earlier in the thread, that was the time to get in. A person can’t come on here and ask for advice if they only want to hear the sunny side of things. Kinda sounds like your mind is already made up in favor of one and you’re looking for confirmation. Be objective and listen to both sides. The overwhelming majority of experience on this thread says not a good idea.
