So I've just wondered for some time now about the small number/percentage of questions posted here concerning Deere technology.
No criticism at all of any brands...just curious...
Questions/problems posted here about Deere technology runs about 1 out of 4.
Is that an indication of the percent of the market the Deere has?
Or does that mean Deere has way fewer issues that people need help with?
Or maybe both?
I would guess Deere has way more than 1/4 of the market share on this equipment, but maybe not.
Again, this is not meant to start a childish brand war, nor is it a criticism of any brand.
Interesting question. Curious - did you actually do a sort of statistical analysis of recent posts to come up with your 1:4 ratio, or are you going by gut feel?
I wouldn't have said the ratio was as low as 1:4 - I would have guessed more like 1:3 or even a little higher, but I have no data to back that up. It's pure gut. :-) |
