Subject: RE: Low percentage of questions about Deere

Macon, IL
I am pretty dedicated die hard AgLeader guy-but 80-90% of my neighbors are running deere stuff. When they have issues our local dealers have really good support-they can log in and check and fix things remotely.

AgLeader doesn't have the local presence/support-so you really need to learn to install/troubleshoot the stuff yourself-and best source of help is primarily the internet as the agleader hold times for support during busy season is so long its barely an option. My dealer is really good but he is an hour away-so 99% of time its him walking me through something or me finding it online.

I think the Agleader stuff is really simple and easy-I jokingly compare it to Agleader/Iphone to Android/Deere. But Deere definitely has the edge in support.
