There are lots of reasons for dizzy spells. It takes a lot of testing to figure it out sometimes.. Ear infections, brain tumors, strokes, muscle tension in the neck, and many more. I had Menieres syndrom. They did lots of testing and ruled out the other stuff. Almost by process of elimination, the come to a diagnosis of Menieres syndrome.
