| In this case, no consumables were used. Should it still be charged for? Also, the problem was not diagnosed the first time so they want to see tractor in operation in field conditions. Is is fair to charge for a second service call or just the solution to fixing the problem? I know every situation is different. My expectation is that the problem is diagnosed and fixed the first time so a guy does not get nickeled and dimed on multiple service calls trying to figure out what the problem is. | |
