JAnderson - 5/17/2024 12:41 Here I would say it depends how much you spend with Deere to the quality of service you get. I get better support from the dealer I buy from who’s 700 miles away vs the green dealer 25 miles away. I’ve never been able to get the green dealer to the farm for gps issues. Lots of other companies can log in to the tractor screen to fix issues. I log into screens multiple times per day, dad gets done with a field he calls and tells me and I set the next field up for him while he’s driving to it. To say there has been a lot less hair pulling and yelling over the phone is an understatement.

Remote Display Access (RDA) has been an AMAZING support tool. And the modems on sale right now helps get them in more and more machines.

Saved hours and hours daily per person usually

Better than nothing, but if RDA doesn’t let you run the screen from your phone that’s garbage. The Topcon systems I run I can hit buttons from my phone except steering/machine engage.
