EC Mo | My guess by most he means most of what is left to plant. Not seeing how anyone could disagree with that with the saturated ground and same weather pattern in place through the rest of May. Looking like at least June till planters can roll again. As for the 2 % comment maybe you should look at what 2% reduction in corn acres would do for carryout. Losing just 2% of acres without adjusting yield would make carryout lower from year to year and most likely yield could also be decreased with the wet weather making it a poor start for what did get planted. | |
