Plant what ever you can establishes the yield for that tract for 24
Example 200 acre field too wet to plant can only get planted 20 acre of corn even if it's after the last plant date
Many rules to doing this Hope every one has a knowledgeable agent (I'm not sure if the 20-20 rule applies in reverse)
Can't just plant a garden spot "what ever a garden spot is"
Up to the farmer to determine what is too wet is and depends on some one else taking PP in the area
