Jon, what is your expected yield on the wheat in the pic if you have good conditions from now through harvest?
I don’t know.. and it’s irrelevant towards the market. Some fields are being released and destroyed.. others are being left to harvest.
NASS is going to make some adjustment relative to trend.. write off a bunch of acres.. then trim the rest off in residual in a year or two.
The tour was only 22 million bu above the USDA estimate..basically a rounding error.
For the most part.. the crop has improved from whatever it was.. we’re going to have some good milling quality wheat and life will go on.
