kwk - 5/19/2024 16:12 Curious on your comment of Trimble being cheap? Just because that's what you have already? Dad has Trimble in a JD 8320, and it would be far more expensive to update Trimble than go to JD autosteer at this point. We did find an FMX screen to replace our glitchy 750, so thankfully didn't have to pay for new stuff. But even it was 5k, and FMX is at end of life already. Trimble was cheaper when he installed this system 15 years ago or so, not so much today. But I may have totally missed what you're referring to!!


A new Ag Leader vs new Deere lately has been about equal or JD a little less last time I looked. No idea on Trimble. 

It's all expensive unless you go with off-brand stuff and hope you don't need support
