Edge of RRV MN | This is an existing ditch that simply needs to be maintained I am not sure on how much needs to be removed to get the flow to be restored. I’m guessing the ditch would be 4- 5’ deep and 10-12’ wide as when the land was farmed the previous tenant would always keep the ditch maintained with a scraper. It now will require a hoe to clean. The area is over run with scrub brush and cattails as it is low lying But regardless it is blocked.
