Yes it’s a private ditch that I'm sure was naturally created like most all of our ditches. If the ditches were man made it would have been many many generations ago so nothing would be on record. I personally do not have experience with watershed ditches as we don’t have any. The land is not in the valley where the watershed ditches have been created.
