CRP and WRP cannot back water up on a neighbor. Get more aggressive with NRCS and make it their problem. Hand deliver a letter to your District Conservationist. Put a date in the letter that requires a response to you of their action plan. Escalate to next level if local nrcs plays dumb. They hold contract with landowner, their problem.
I think this is the coarse of action, “here” CRP & CREP landowners are getting cracked down on for not maintaining the property in a future farmable condition. |
