south central IL | Earlier someone said something about neighbors and not worrying about what they think. While I agree that you need to make the decision based off of finances there are always people watching what you’re doing. Some older farmers don’t think much of prevent plant and when it comes time to choose a tenant the ones that have taken prevent plant over the years may not get the call. Another consideration is do you own it or is it rented on shares, if so does the landlord have insurance. | |
