Latimer, Iowa (north central) | We had the same issue. hard to just get just straight RR corn without it being stacked with something, I try and buy non stacked but sometimes seed companies won't even sell RR without more traits. They have to pay for their R and D and don't want us knowing the traits aren't needed in a rotation. A 2 year gap between corn crops make a big difference on disease and insects. We have been able to cut out fungicide and insecticides with the longer rotation as well.

RR corn, some stacked some not, 210-230 per bag for a per acre cost of $88.
