Better have them aired and warmed back up. If bins are still cold from winter cooling the walls are going to get nasty fast with condensation in this weather.

You've got that backwards. Hot walls and cool grain will not condense on the walls unless they're leaking faster than the moisture is moving to the center of the grain. Cold grain in this weather will keep the walls dry, but rot if there's too much air flow to bring in moisture. Like if the wind is blowing in the fan, then it will make the bottom layer damp. More often the cool air will sink and the warm air will make a crust over the top. If it's sealed up well enough, the moisture will move to the center and not cause problems. The problems come from uncontrolled air movement.
We always did freeze them in the winter and leave as long as we could, but we started having problems getting spots that started warming up and starting to go bad. We've had a lot better luck leaving them cold till about beginning of June and then running the fans to warm back up. Corns normally gone by end of July.
