I saw it about 10 years ago but at the time did not notice it until I dumped it in the sprayer, What a mess! Stood there for an hour grabbing clots of white junk as it went by the sprayer hatch. Dealer never heard of it and you are on your own! The bad jug was old of course but we had just bought it. You have to find a county clean up day that takes chemicals.
Ever seen Atrazine do this?
