Have a government data base every employee is ran through telling if the are legal.
I realize illegals do a lot of the work and would be hard to replace. We should open up legal work visas to replace the illegal ones that are currently here.
Some of the requirements should be you have to speak and read English. Have to go home for 2 weeks every year. Have to pay in at least 30% of your pay in taxes, I pay more. Can’t take government assistance or healthcare.
Would have a line 5000 miles long with quality candidates.
The free for all, don’t speak English system we currently have is a BS.
