Milford, IL | Assuming Windows 10 or 11, have you opened 'Control Panel' and navigated to 'View devices and printers'? If the new Epson printer is not visible in the list of printers, try returning to 'Control Panel' and selecting 'add a device'.
Also, it may be necessary to connect the Epson printer to your home wireless network if you have not already done so. Might be that the iPad found and connected to the printer via Bluetooth and the HP laptop does not have it or has bluetooth disabled? | |
