I have a Motorola Moto G pure phone. I have had it almost 3 years. It has Android 12 system.  32 gB total storage; 23 gB storage used.  When scrolling on Google, I am frequently getting a message: "Chrome is not responding... Wait?  or Close?" 

So, my question(s): is this due to poor reception?  Is my phone too far out of date?  Would more Ram/ storage help? Would a phone with a new Android system help?

I am on Consumer Cellular. I see newer phones have Android 13 or Android 14. And 64 gB RAM or more.  And so I am wondering if a newer phone will help with my issues.  or is this just I need a cell phone booster?
