| I use google mail and I like it. You can block the email sometimes.
In gmail if you have not clicked on an email for a long while, gmail will ask if you want to block/unsucribe or something from that sender. Gmail also puts scammers and other unsolicited emails in a special folder. I go in and just delete all.
Another thing is to right click on the email and see if anything like unsucribe or blocking to come. Then follow the prompts.
