I have a brand new Apple branded Smart Battery Case I bought a couple years ago that has never been charged. I actually bought 2 because I really like this style and figured I might use the other one some but haven’t needed it till now. Now the problem is it will not take a charge. It will allow my iPhone 11 to charge but it won’t charge itself. Would there be a way to activate it again somehow or just trash?
