Seriously, eat meat. Might as well get away from the potatoes and other carbs while you are at it. Kick the sugar too.
Eggs.
Almond flour works for some to get around gluten.

If you choose to go keto, it's pretty much gluten free to begin with.

One thing to watch out for that I didn't know until I read it here is MSG - MonoSodium Glutamate. In MANY things and it is GLUTEN.

Try out Factor meals, they have a Keto & gluten-free menu. Quite a few different options, all good and will give you thoughts about what you may like. They are pretty pricey, so I'm not suggesting long-term, but 2-3 weeks will get you pointed into the right direction.
