If you choose to go keto, it's pretty much gluten free to begin with.
One thing to watch out for that I didn't know until I read it here is MSG - MonoSodium Glutamate. In MANY things and it is GLUTEN.
Try out Factor meals, they have a Keto & gluten-free menu. Quite a few different options, all good and will give you thoughts about what you may like. They are pretty pricey, so I'm not suggesting long-term, but 2-3 weeks will get you pointed into the right direction. |
