Grundy County, IL | Neighbor always says he has 20-20 vision and 40-20 hearing. When someone asks what that means he says "it means I spent too many years on the 4020.
Last time I visited he was telling old stories and realized it was probably the old JD A and 70 two cylinders banging all day that did his hearing in.
He has prescription hearing aids. They offer noise canceling around tractors and augers or an impact gun. He can adjust the volume on his phone and hears phone calls right through them. | |
