Seems like Fendt and the other "European" tractors with factory front PTO's are CCW rotation. If you put a Zuidberg or LaForge aftermarket on you can usually pick which rotation you want. I can see where it makes sense to run them CW to match the rear PTO for the ability to run the same attachment on both the front and rear.

We sell Schulte blowers, they're designed to accept either rotation via moving the input shaft to the other side of the gear set. Need two new seals (unless you're real careful) and 1-2 hours to swap it over.
