Subject: 544J Loader

Idaho
Hey guys I'm having some issues with my 2005 544j.
One day the tilt back function activated 100% and locked the bucket back and wouldn't release so the dealer came out and said it was the spool: the plunger was stuck and that was the cause. So we replaced the spool. It kinda fixed the issue. It would occasionally get stuck in tilt back, but jiggling the joystick would unstick it and get it working again. Then it started bleeding off when lifting a load and dumping it. Then the boom lift up function got stuck and lifted the boom all the way in the air and wouldn't stop hydraulic flow to the lift function. So the dealer came out and said it was the entire joystick assembly including the pilot valve and replaced that- no change. Then they said it was the entire spool assembly and replaced that- no change. Then the pilot valve pressure regulator- no change. Has anyone here dealt with this issue and have a thought on how to fix this problem?
