Subject: One barrel carburetor on 63 Chevy truck

NE ND
I still use this old truck quite a bit. However, after 50-60 years the throttle shaft and bushings are pretty worn out. Plus, where the lever attaches to the throttle shaft is loose. My main issue is it's hard to set the idle speed when all of this stuff is loose. You can set the screw 100 times but you go somewhere and it's either idling too fast or too slow.

Would you find a reputable carb shop who could rebushing the bottom end and repair it? Anyone have a carb shop they'd recommend?

My other option is rockauto sells this carb for a 1963 C20 pickup with a 292. Do you think the jetting would be the same or would I need to swap mine over?
