The US has the largest carriers by far, right at 100,000 tons and a touch over 4 1/2 acres of flight deck surface area. I believe the UK's biggest is not far behind, the US carriers carry around 75 aircraft today and the UK close to 70 or so? I believe everyone else is much, much smaller but don't have a whole lot of detail there. A quick search that I have a little bit of confidence in says US, UK, China, India, Italy, Japan, France, Russia and Spain, with us at 11 currently, and no one else having more than 2. China does have a 3rd almost ready for commissioning.
