Hennepin, IL | Theres a trick to getting tilt comp on a setup like that but it does involve mounting an SCM or possibly a Steercommand ECU (should work, I just haven't done it). You'll also need the cabling to connect the SCM to the display obviously, then set the vehicle up as being steered by steadysteer. To initiate the calibration, you do have to have a steadysteer MDU plugged it, but it doesn't need to be mounted or anything. You can go through the cal steps up to the MDU deadband I believe (whichever is the first step that actually steers), then you just back out of the calibration and it's saved up to that point. Just like that you have terrain comp. | |
