| 911 just called me to tell me a cow got hit by a train, (it wasn't mine) train tracks are 3 miles and several farms from me.
They didn't have much of a description color, location damage to train etc they where just contacting cattle owners in the area.
Anybody know the fence laws regarding railroad ROW in Central Missouri? I was under the impression the railroad was supposed to maintain fences, although I have never seen it actually happen..
