You need to move to Illinois for a taste of Laws. Implement of Husbandry eh ? Sure, as long as it has a SMV emblem and you do not exceed 30 MPH. Large wagons ? Sure, as long as your gross weight is 36000 lbs. or less regardless of the number of axles and tires. and is displaying a SMV. And don't bother following the regs on Fuel trailers ( Gas, Diesel and LPG ) either.
