Motor might be an issue if it has anything to do with emissions. I heard CaseIH had trouble sending reman engines to dealers in Canada but who really knows for sure.

I'd call the https://www.runninred.com/ They'll help you setup your CARM (for a fee of course. Probably around $200) I did mine myself but it took a solid week of messing around to finally get setup on it. All my trucker buddies in that corner of Manitoba use them and was recommended to me by them.

I use https://borderbrokers.com/ They have an office right at Boissevain and also Emerson. I cross at Boisevain with my stuff twice a month and if there's a problem with my paperwork I can just walk over to their office and get it fixed.
