Both bidders stepped out or whatever happened. Seemed suspicious as that rent doesn’t fit that farm and both top bidders didn’t follow through. Then they came right back asking $250. Now at $305 plus $10 or so for 3 years so $315 without hunting rights. There’s a seperate hunt lease auction also.
