Durant EC Iowa | Is that not what Deere wanted? Encourage and even forcing dealers to consolidate to their "model" of how their dealerships should be. Actually the manager of every business that gives poor service is the problem. Top down. Managers are too concerned with their own profits or think a company needs to be "woke" to be in business. Blame the colleges if you want but businesses everywhere are less interested in the customer, Deere included, then they are making profits for shareholders and themselves. Pretty sad.
Ironically, if you take care of the customer, the profits will follow. But that's apparently not taught in college classes or management training, if there is any anymore. | |
