Amherst WI | Land prices here have nearly doubled “here” in the last seven years.
Lots of “smart” 30-40 year olds are crowing about how smart they are because they bought land a half a dozen years ago and for whatever reason think the same price inflation going forward is going to stay that way.
There seems to be a huge disconnect on how interest works and how it’s calculated.
It might keep going higher, but short term I really doubt it. And that’s not such a big deal with you can make the payments and stomach the equity loss because eventually it will start marching higher again. | |
