| It could have been coded wrong to the insurance company. Lucky for me, my wife worked for Blue Cross for 20 some years. She always scours the EOB's and calls immediately if there is an issue. Her fully understanding "Insurance Speak" helps a lot. Mistakes happen since much of that Data entry is farmed out by the insurance companies these days. One wrong keystroke and you get a situation. If in fact they are simply denying it? Get your state insurance commissioner involved. Good Luck | |
