| Makes me wonder what happened to the last manager. Hopefully they were able to retire. IMO. It depends on how the absentee owner treats the manager. If in fact, the new manager is allowed to manage/operate this farm? Will it be without being Micro Managed by someone that doesn't understand what it takes? If it were me applying? I would settle for around 90-95k. With all housing expenses and vehicles and expenses provided. Plus health benefits. But, also the trust and flexibility of the owner to run the operation and have an open mind for changes that could prove beneficial to the operation. Sounds like a lot, I know. But, it seems like the owner expects a lot as well. Luckily? I am to old to move. | |
