| Our household has switched over to pork a few months ago, its about 1/3 of the price of beef. 2 pork steaks are $6 and a large pork roast is $7-$8, pork chops can get 2 for 2.50. Beef steak is $18 or more, roast is $25, 1 lb hamburger is $6- $8. Ive noticed the pork and chicken section are bought up almost empty and the beef section is full. So I agree, it will get priced out of demand. High prices cure high prices.
